4. ISO 9001 quality management system update & ISO 14001 on the provision of services, spare parts and vehicles.
5. The introduction of a biennial group newspaper in printed and electronic form.
6. Full support for EURO VI commercial vehicles.
7. Creating space to maintain the correct temperature through three-phase current of the refrigerated trucks of our partners.
8. Extensive use of special devices (dehumidifiers & related) to keep the items we supply (spare parts, accessories & related) at the right temperature.
9. Improving quality control – d 100% quality assurance by carrying out continuous daily quality control of products!
10. Use an electric scooter to deliver the vehicle to your place without the additional burden of the environment by us. The electric scooter εύκολα is easily stored in the passenger compartment and your vehicle is delivered by the delivery manager who then leaves your premises with the electric scooter and the Mercedes helmet. The scooter is compatible with all safety protocols following all road safety rules and has the necessary approvals.

In 2021 the following took place:

1. Extension of the exclusive cooperation with WURTH HELLAS in online shopping – Authorized Dealer by WURTH HELLAS!
2. Representation through eShop www.trucker.gr leading vehicle handling company AGROPA.
3. The expansion of the group to Mercedes car spare parts as well as to commercial vehicle spare parts.
4. The creation of other subcategories in trucker.gr such as shields, equipment, protection, rentals, vehicles and more.

Upgrades continue…

In 2017 we continued our upgrades in order to offer you the best. In particular, the upgrades concerned the following sections: new diagnostic machines, Mitsubishi specialization, Mitsubishi spare parts stock, new generation new generation of new generation battery chargers, pre-engineered and new-generation dyeing equipment, complete ventilation system renovation. exclusive collaboration of the paint shop with the German company MIPA, new perimeter and floor lighting, use of electronic signature tablets, cooperation with the largest Greek banks, photography, we took part in the Hellenic Organization for Company Sport & Health – HOCSH.

New Upgrades

2016 was a year of upgrades and improvements in various areas of the KOUSgroup group. Indicatively, we mention the following sections: electrics, cooperation with 3M, frenometers, exhaust analyzers, oscilloscopes, alignments, balancing, special delivery of vehicles, quality control, new 24h vehicle service, IT team, ERP program of the group, logos and slogans group.

TruckService

In 2015, its trade name “KOSTAKIS” is secured and changed in “TruckService”. The company “TruckService” upon the 95, Iera Odos belongs to “KOUSgroup” enterprises and is capable of supporting and other professional vehicles alongside the vehicles of “Mercedes-Benz” since it has diagnostics machines for all the companies.

Upgrade in every level

In 2014 important work has been completed to our facilities and the number of the 24-hour service was upgraded. The training by “Mercedes-Benz” has been a high priority. Our staff has attended seminars at the premises of “Mercedes-Benz”. What is more many other seminars have been carried out at our premises for the correct diagnosis and maintenance of your vehicle. We began our cooperation with a renowned law firm in order to preserve the “KOUSgroup” partnerships both in Greek and European level. Alongside, Mr. Lampros I.Mylonas, the topographer, was upgraded to an enterprises’ consultant of “KOUSgroup”.

KOUSgroup

In 2013, a new company was founded and simultaneously was created the new business group “KOUSgroup” which started dynamically. Target of the new company, beyond the service providing, alignment and balancing, MOT control and imports of professional vehicles, was the service of armored vehicles and other special cases.
